Front Royal, VA resident investing in properties for long term buy and hold to replace my 9-5 job income. Open to any type of property as long as numbers make sense but really like old homes and small multifamily properties. Recently been looking into more college rentals as have very strong returns but higher risk. Like to keep things simple. Not afraid of properties that need work, they seem to have the highest returns on money put into the home.
