I started my investment journey flipping and rehabbing properties in North Carolina. I specialized in 1920-1940's craftsman restoration. After several years of successfully flipping and rehabbing, In 2020, I started my own REI and property management company, Remix Realty. In 2021 we bought our first short-term rental and we have been an all 5-star property since launch and have maintained Airbnb Superhost status since our first eligible quarter. In 2022 we bought our first long-term rental. In 2023, I am looking to scale through the acquisition of more STR and LTR properties, in addition to expanding our property management services to other investors and owners in our area. We currently have properties in these North Carolina markets; Asheville, Winston-Salem, Raleigh, & Oak Island.
