Hi! I'm Chris, a Marine Corps veteran and I have been investing in real estate since 2019. Since then I've completed hundreds of deals including flips, rentals, wholesales, commercial multi-family deals, Airbnb/STR and even a beach hotel. Today, I'm a full time real estate investor in NC doing 50-60 flips a year and running a 7 figure business with several employees and multiple construction crews.
