I have been in the construction industry for 16+ years. I am currently a project manager for a general contractor who performs, road, sewer, and water work for the state, county, and local municipalities. I am looking to slowly transition to the real estate business with the goal of being self-employed within the next 10 years. I would like to earn enough passive income to be a full time investor.
