Own and operate Trupiano Real Estate, focused on rehabbing distressed property in the Kansas City MSA. Experience: Owned and managed rental property, flips and several wholesales since 2016, as well as, two years experience in on-site apartment property management and two years with Mission Peak Capital. With Mission Peak Capital I continue to serve as as Real Estate Acquisition Analyst managing the acquisition pipeline, and performing all diligence on potential Manufactured Housing and Multi-Family properties with. Real Estate Goals: Continue to provide quality housing and provide for the team the support this process. We aim to transition from 1-4 unit repositions to larger commercial properties with capacity for on-site management by YE 2023.
