Affordable housing, community and being a good neighbor are priorities for me. Experience: My first deal was a penthouse in downtown Seattle in 2014. It was turn-key at a great price, allows for STR and LTR and is a great place to live or rent. About a year later I "got creative" with financing (a HELOC) and bought a small, off-grid cabin on the water which I use as a STR and enjoy it myself. Then I bought the plot next to it for elbow room. In 2017 after looking at several different business opportunities together my business partner and I decided to invest in small, value-add multi-families (Buy and Hold) in the Tacoma, Wa region. We currently own 7 units across 3 buildings in Tacoma, Wa. In 2024 we took the leap to commercial and got 11 units in Aberdeen, Wa. We got it stabilized in late 2025 - upgrading floors, paint, toilets and tenants as well as exterior renovations and upgrades. I have Project Managed and financed two, 'down-to-the-studs' rehabs in Western Washington as well and really enjoy that side of things. Real Estate Goals: I'd like to be a part of a syndication Currently Seeking: I am looking to expand my network and partnerships - both sweat equity and capital - to buy a new property in 2026. Ideally the building is 10+ units, mid century or later, 2 or 3-story complex with good working-class amenities: parking, storage, etc... I would love to find a place with deferred maintenance but that is not too run-down or dangerous.
