Experience: I am new to Real Estate investing, with the exception of my own house. Real Estate Goals: I want to develop an investment plan that will allow me to replace the income I now receive from my current employment. I work for a major electric equipment manufacturer doing field service. I make pretty good money, but I have to work and travel way too much to do so. I will not be able to do it forever, so I need a plan to supplement and finally replace my W-2 income in the next 10-15 years. Not looking for the "4 Hour Work Week", but sure am tired of the 80 Hour week! Currently Seeking: I am looking for education, which I am finding ample amounts here on Bigger Pockets, so that I can take my first Big step into invest in real estate.
