Christian Bland

I'm Christian, a licensed Texas real estate broker based in Lubbock. I moved here from Memphis in 2015, and West Texas has been home ever since. I'm married and raising five kids, so I know how much a property decision can affect a family. My work covers the whole life of an investment property. , I help clients buy, sell, and invest across Lubbock. I also own Bluebird Property Management with my partners. Our intent with the company is to provide quality service to our tenants and owners by creating opportunities for both parties to invest in their futures. I also am a partner in Lubbock Renovations, a general contracting business that allows me to have quick access to maintenance and repair companies. I also do my own flips and buy-and-hold analysis, so I run the same numbers for myself that I run for clients. I like talking about investment tax strategy (REPS, cost segregation, active participation), how to build better systems, and how to find value in Lubbock's rental neighborhoods. When I'm not working, I love to read and hang out with the family. Let's connect: BuySellInvestLubbock.com · [email protected] · 806-401-4273
