A new member to the real estate investment community. I am focused mainly on rental properties. I have spent many years as a carpenter before changing to a career working full time as a military and civilian freefall instructor but looking to transition more to the real estate side. My main area of focus at this time is the midwest market. I am very open to any knowledge I can gain and to help any fellow investors any way I can.
