I grew up in the real estate world with my dad being a developer who used the BRRRR process to build his way into financial freedom. Since I was a small child I have been learning real estate and am a Landlord myself! This gives me a unique view on deals as I understand how to analyze deals. While I chose to personally invest in Retail and Office, I have extensive experience in Multi-Family and Development.
