Christian Ferreira

Hello, My name is Christian Ferreira, I am 28 years old and live in Dunstable, MA. I invest in Southern NH and Central MA. My portfolio consists of 10 rental units, all self managed. I was previously a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Currently I work full time as a Software Solution Architect specializing in new product development. I have an Associates Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Business Management. I am an inspiring real estate investor working towards building financial freedom which will allow me to retire from the rat race and pursue my real dreams of starting my own tech based company. My current real estate focus is to scale up my student rental portfolio as well as build up my portfolio of multi-family rentals acquired mainly through owner-occupied rehabs.
