I am a rental investor looking to start buying my first out of state properties. I've been in the rental business since 2012 where my wife and I began to rent out our home whilst we lived abroad. After buying a new home we continued to rent it out, taking over the management ourselves. We added to our portfolio by buying a condo in downtown Calgary, which we are currently renting out. I am looking to build connections and a team in Indianapolis and would appreciate any advice/tips from investors or professionals. If anyone has questions about the Calgary market I'm more than happy to share my knowledge as well.
