Hi, my name's Christian. After buying my first home in 2015 (a condo outside Boston) I, like many others, was bit by the real estate bug. I own two great cash flowing rental properties located in Dorchester, MA and looking to expand my portfolio into more multi-family deals either around the Boston area or nearby markets like Providence or in upstate New York where I'm from. Currently have an offer accepted on a small portfolio of off-market student houses in New York state, with tremendous cashflow and no major updates needed. My strategy so far has been BRRRR, would love to partner with someone on a larger deal so that I can get hands-on experience with a big project.
