I grew up with a single mom realtor...as kids, "helped" stage her listings with our belongings before staging became a trend, hung out in living rooms while she guided clients through signing contracts at the kitchen table. Now, I have the desire to work in the market as an investor of properties in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area &/or Atlanta. Experience: Just starting out, however, bought my primary residence (3/2.5) almost 3years ago with a plan to purchase more. Renting out the 2 other bedrooms to friends as a kick start. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to retire early (in 8 years is the mark), to leave a legacy of freedom for my family with consistent flows of passive income indefinitely. Will purchase properties in both DFW (TX) & Atlanta areas. Currently Seeking: Mentor or other investor in the DFW area to connect with. Also need team of Buyer's Broker/Agent, GC, Property Mgr, Loan Officer in both Dallas, TX & Stone Mountain/Lithonia, GA
