Christie Duffy

Christie Duffy is a real estate agent, investor and developer in New Jersey and New York. She specializes in ‘as is’ real estate sales and investment properties. She buys properties - typically short sales, distressed, foreclosure, or REO real estate - that are ready for renovation. Prior to real estate, Christie was a TV reporter for 10 years at several popular TV stations. She was nominated for an Emmy Award during her time at PIX11. Her start in real estate came in 2017 with investing. She purchased a two-family from an estate sale in Bloomfield, N.J. and renovated and rented one unit, while living in the other. Additional rental property renovations and purchases, along with single-family home flips. In 2020, Christie purchased and began the redevelopment of an apartment building in New York and she began managing luxury short-term vacation rentals. Today, Christie specializes in working with ‘as is’ sellers and investors, helping others build wealth and find financial freedom through real estate.
