Christina Greaves

Hi! I'm Christina. Originally from Venezuela and now living in Western Washington. I work in Tech, and I'm joining this community, hungrily wanting to learn and grow in Real Estate investing! My partner and I each owned a home which we then turned into rentals when we bought a new home together (where we also rent out 2 rooms). Now, we're interested in learning about other strategies and creative financing options to continue to grow or rental property portfolio. Outside of work and real estate, my happy place is in nature, in the mountains, by lakes, rivers or at the beach, or even just sitting under the shade of a tree with my partner and my pup at the local park! - I love outdoor sports, particularly rock climbing. I love reading (historical fiction and murder mysteries are my favorite genres) and cooking (recently started a veggie garden and have been enjoying that too!) If you're in Western Washington (I live in Enumclaw and work in Seattle) let me now I'd love to meet others in the area!
