Christina Haws

I began my journey in real estate as an investor before becoming an agent. I have experience in fix & flip, buy & hold, house hacking, wholesaling, and multi-family/commercial. I have a passion for creative financing strategies, especially seller financing. I currently own two investment properties: a 2-acre mobile home & RV park and a duplex. I’m also handling property management for three properties. I'm always on the lookout for a great deal! I am a co-author on a book called: Creating Her Empire -Discovering a Women's Purpose. I have a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah. I love hiking and discovering new places with my family. I also enjoy staying active through exercise, spending time in the garden, making homemade salsa, and visiting the family ranch.
