About myself
My husband and I are looking to acquire our first investment property. We are thinking about buying and holding. I'm in California and I'm having trouble finding properties that cash flow without a lot of my money left in the deal. I'm also interested in out-of-state investing if I can't find good numbers here. Property values are high in California and I don't feel fully comfortable in this price range. I joined bigger pockets to hopefully connect with other investors and professionals that can help us on our journey.
