Twins mom looking for rental properties to fix up. Want to buy dirt cheap flippers and have little money to start. I have owned two homes with my hubby, and we renovated the last one, a 75+ year old classic rancher that hadn't been touched in 30 years. I need a job with flexibility, where I can make decisions, hire and delegate pieces, and put bread on the table.
