Hello! I am a 26 year old investor the in Knoxville, TN market. I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Finance in 2018 and am currently working as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. I currently have four single family rental homes- one is long-term and the other three are "mid-term" rentals. My goal is to be financially independent by 30, and I'm very excited to continue my real estate journey!
