Hi all. I've loved real estate for a long time but have been stuck in Corporate America in financial services for 30+ years. It's time to begin the dream before I'm too old!!! Purchased my first three in 2018 in Detroit. I'm currently looking for MORE deals in Detroit and surrounding areas. If a NJ deal comes along, I'm in!! I'm interested in BUY/HOLD and I'm dying to do my first flip! Much success to all of us! Real Estate Goals: To have income to build up the retirement nest egg.
