Small investor, currently investing in Cincinnati. Self teaching at the moment, but would like to eventually have enough passive income to no longer work overtime. I have 3 units, and am beyond excited to grow. I love real estate so much that I spend hours reading and looking and am getting fat! The year 2020, I hope to double my units...learn how to manage my time between learning and self care!! Just started an LLC, but not sure what to do with it other than have a name on my checks other than my own.
