My husband and I are "small" investors with 5 rental properties between us. Our goal is to add income to eventually pay for college for our children. After adding 3 properties in the last year, I've caught the "buying and renovation bug". We are still looking for our first off market purchase, harder for us, working in other fields, but we are learning so much from BP and can't wait to expand our portfolio.
