Real Estate Goals: Currently reading Multi-family Millions by David Dahl, Loopholes of Real Estate by Garrett Sutton and Long-Distance Real Estate investing by David Greene. I'm a big Reader and invest a lot of my time and money in self education and development. I have been reading self development books for almost 11 years now and grew to love reading. First goal is to follow and apply their advice. A. Currently looking to own a 4 unit rental property preferably outside of California (or in California it the numbers make sense.) I will accomplish this by creating a relationship with a Real estate agent in the area that makes sense to invest in and not where it is convenient for me. 1. The Deal finder - Real estate agents but it can be anyone. They find great deals and know the area well. The agent will find the other three members to complete the core four of a team because they work with them. 2.A Peeky Property Manager - Gives you freedom to invest out of state. Manage properties in area you are buying in. They give you advice on what areas are problematic and which areas are not. 3. The contractor- hard to find. expensive keep working on looking for more contractors. they can be found by the other members of this core four team. 4. The Lender - very hard to find but the best way to find them is through the people that have the same interest as me. This lender should be easy to work with and reliable for more than just 10 deals. Currently Seeking: An agent outside of California that can help me with my goals. I'm a first time investor looking to give 51% of profits and market share. Here to learn and willing to make long time friends and partners. Money is not a motivating force for me its the person I'm hoping to become that I'm after. I'm a new Realtor, currently working for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Pasadena California so If there's anything I can do to help you please reach out thats what we are all here for.
