Chris Bingham

I became interested in real estate investing as a teenager. I started looking for my first rental property when I was 21. Bought my first fixer-upper at age 25. Since then I have acquired a duplex and 2 SFR rental properties, manage a SFR for an out of state owner, invested in liens and structured a few hard money loans. I love learning and talking about real estate investing. It is like being in a candy store for a kid. I found BP a few years ago and have loved the resources, forums, contributions from others and collective knowledge.
