Christopher Dunson

My name is Christopher Dunson and I recently sold my primary residence, quit my job, and have gone full force into real estate investing. Although I am a do it yourself type of person, I know I need to build a strong team, who I can count on. I read a lot, sleep little, and have goals higher than anyone I have around me. Experience: I have purchased my first home and resold it two years later for a profit, and since selling in May have flipped one SFR. Real Estate Goals: My eyes and ears are open to all types of real estate deals rather it be flip, brrrr, multifamily, apartments etc. Recently, though, I have decided that I would like to build up my capital by flipping homes. In the next year I am going to flip 50 properties with a minimum profit of $15000 in Las Vegas. After, I will continue to flip, but focus more on income producing properties, namely apartments. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking a wholesaler, and others who may be able to help mentor me aside form my daily reading as I have recently started my first real estate LLC.
