Hello, I am Chris and I am a real estate investor. I currently own 2 properties, my first I purchased back in 2016 for under market value. I purchased this property as my gateway into real estate investing and as a present to myself for my 29th birthday. (Go me!) I put about $20k into the renovations, which took a month and a half to finish and am currently approaching my 3rd year of owning it as well as being the landlord. My 2nd property I purchased 2017. Same as the 1st, for under market value. I have a goal of buying and holding or flipping at least 1 property a year and so far have been able to accomplish that goal.
