My name is Chris, I work as a Paraeducator assisting kids with autism and also I am a new real estate investor from Palmdale, CA. I enjoy sports, travel, hiking, real estate and a foodie. Welcome to network and talk Real Estate with everyone! Short term goal is to purchase my first rental unit and also house hack my first home. Also open to a JV flip! Long term goal: I want to buy and hold numerous MF units to replace my W2 income and then BRRRR my way to a financially free lifestyle that will allow me to travel on my own time and help others achieve their goals. Right now I'm building a network and being a sponge to the industry while looking for deals and accruing my down payment, I am looking to work and talk with fellow investors, lenders, wholesalers and realtors who can benefit also.
