Part-time relatively new real estate investor in Cincinnati area. Currently have one 4-plex downtown. Urbanist, but open to investing in many parts of the city/county. Primarily interested in 4-plex to 16-plex properties with opportunity to increase rents through renovations or redesigns. Open to meeting likeminded investors, mentors, deal partners (especially those who want to manage renovations), property managers, and lenders.
