I’m a real estate investor and entrepreneur based in Sherwood, Oregon. After a long career in technology—including serving as a Vice President at Intel leading engineering, automation, analytics, security, and AI initiatives—I retired from corporate life in 2025 to focus on real estate and small-business ventures. My portfolio includes residential rentals, small commercial properties, farmland, a vineyard, and redevelopment opportunities throughout Oregon. I take a data-driven but practical approach, focusing on cash flow, NOI, cap rate, equity efficiency, financing, taxes, and when it makes sense to hold, optimize, exchange, or redeploy an asset. I’m also developing AI RAT, a real estate assessment and decision-support platform currently in beta for investors managing small to midsized portfolios.
