My WHY: Family, community, faith. I am here to spend more time with my family, building a legacy for them, and hopefully teaching them a way of living, where the limits are on them, not on the number of hours they can work in a day. This work allows me to spend more time helping in my community, donating my time to causes I believe in such as Habitat for Humanity, Friends in Deed, and other homeless outreach. One of the tenants of my faith as a Methodist is service. What better way to serve than to help with time and helping build affordable housing. Experience: I came from years of visual effects and software (for visual effects) developement, and managing the process, scopes of work, deadlines, budgets...sound familiar? All these skills translate well over to project management in the construction area. I've flipped one house, and we own one income property. When we decided to sell our first home, our agent walked through and gave us an estimate and suggestions on what to upgrade. I took the next two months off from work and made those upgrades. We sold for over $100k of that initial estimate, and I was hooked. Real Estate Goals: I am looking to flip and wholesale single family homes, but with an eye on rehabbing neighborhoods as we go. I believe you can be successful for yourself and your family while helping the community around you. Currently Seeking: I’m looking for JV partners who need a good project manager, who can keep a project on track with a solid scope of work, online systems to share progress with partners as well as lenders, and keeping contractors accountable. The key is always communication. No project succeeds in a vacuum.
