I work full-time as an active-duty pilot in the Marine Corps; Some experience in buy & hold real estate investing. Started buy & hold investing in single-family properties in 2010 in the Northwest Florida, Pensacola, Milton, Pace area. Experience: Currently own three single-family units in Pensacola & Milton, FL Real Estate Goals: I'm currently looking to diversify from single-family rentals and invest with crowdfunding platforms for diversification into commercial real estate. Currently Seeking: Looking to network with other investors in the Pensacola / Pace / Milton, FL area or potential leads for good single-family rental deals.
