Hi, I’m Christopher. I’m based in Southern California and currently focused on building my real estate portfolio through out-of-state investing. My main strategy is BRRRR and buy-and-hold rentals in the $80K–$125K range, with a particular interest in single family and/or small multi-family properties that offer both cash flow and long-term appreciation. Professionally, I serve as a Program Integrator supporting NASA projects and have spent nearly a decade in federal service in leadership roles in quality assurance and program management. I’m also a U.S. military veteran, and I bring that same discipline, structure, and mission-focused mindset into my approach to real estate and ultimately leave my W2 sooner than later…. SOOONERR!
