Real Estate Agent
I bought my first home this year in my early 30s and in turn will be my first real estate 'investment'... I just wish I would have done it sooner!! After buying my home I really acquired the itch of real estate investing. I recently became a Real Estate Agent, and I'm currently looking at secondary properties for a live-in house hack and/or other rental types.
