Then I started investing in short sale flips through the downturn and foreclosure crisis. I’ve worked with partners on half a dozen fix and flips in a few different markets. (primarily Phoenix). I've also been private lending for a few years to other investors from my IRA. I’m now currently focusing on building my portfolio of single family, and small multi family properties for cash flow. I have properties in Memphis, Detroit, Cleveland, and Dayton. I’m currently investing and doing the BRRRR strategy in the Cleveland market. I’m also currently looking for a multi family from 5-10 units in the Cleveland market. Also looking for commercial properties in North Jersey. I continue to seek more opportunities there.
