hello my name is Christopher Tulk, I have been working with investors out of state and locally for over 15 years. I am a general contractor and also an investor myself. we are looking to work with new and or experienced investors. we are not a certified PM company but we specialize in helping out investors that are having a hard time dealing with north east Ohio management companies.
