I'm a total newbie to REI. I have one rental property that my family bought when my brother and I came to college. I've always been interested in construction, architecture, the power that a well designed and decorated space can have. I've also been aware of the wealth that real estate can produce, but I was always distracted by life and telling myself "someday." Then I discovered Bigger Pockets and I'm hooked. I've read a couple of the books and listen regularly to the podcast. Can't get enough. I've started running that rental like a business. I'll be absorbing it into an S-corp. My only debt is my mortgage. I have a very clear goal in mind and how I think I can reach it through BRRR investing. Now, I'm just trying to figure out how to put some capitol together for another rental. This intro is the first of a thousand steps. Stay tuned.
