I like both flips and buy and hold. I keep cash flowing off my rentals, but I love flips! The creative side of me needs an outlet!! Experience: I currently own several lease options and rental houses. I do on average 2 flips a year. Real Estate Goals: I would like to increase cash flow to quit my day job. This will also help me increase money from flips as I'll be able to spend more time doing that.
