Aloooooha!!! My name is Christy and I am currently NOT in real estate. I have a small business that I have had for 8 years. I am eventually going to retire from that and am looking into real estate. In the meantime, I am looking to educate myself as much as possible. I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for about 6 months now. I have lived in Hawaii, Colorado, Boston, Chicago, DC, and currently living in Southern California. I don't have any rentals or properties to show that I am serious. ...but I can say that my husband and I have managed to save over a six figure income in two years to get ready to purchase properties!! : ) Gotta start somewhere!
