I'm 26 years old and have my degree in accounting from DePaul University. I've been working in my field for the last 4 years and it has allowed me to sharpen my analytical skills. However, I'm ready to make a plunge into the world of real estate investing. I know I don't want to work in the corporate world forever and I plan to use REI to replace my income and retire earlier. I just want to be able to spend more time with my future wife and kids, as this life is very short and spending your whole day behind a desk doesn't entice me.
