Chris Walsh

I was always interested in real estate from a young age. I listened to every bigger podcast for many years. I played professional golf for 11 years. My father died in 2013 and inherited a commercial building. Gave up golf to move home, and that was the start of my career. I managed that for a few years and then sold it. I house hacked a few times to start the residential side of real estate. Had 150 rentals and 13 air bnbs at the time in great areas in Cleveland. Covid happened, our tenants took advantage of the eviction moratorium and the properties disappeared. Since then Ive been flipping homes, small commerical, wholesaling and flipping land.
