Really good areas like Ohio City, Tremont, Gordon Square, Detroit Shoreway and Edgewater neighborhoods. Buy at deep discounts from wholesalers using hard or private money, rehab, rent and refinance. The goal is to have zero money in any of my deals. Usually cash out during the refinance. Making money while improving Cleveland is the goal. Looking to focus on larger, multifamily in 2020 The goal is to add 500 units to the portfolio this year.
