My business partner and I have been investing since 2005. We currently have two completed multi-unit buildings, one vacant multi-unit building and two gutted multi-unit buildings along with 2-two family houses and a few vacant lots in the urban core. I hope to eventually bring in a net income of $4000 a month from my rentals and no longer work for anyone but myself.
