Chris Wharton

I entered the mortgage industry in 2005 with First Ohio Home Finance. Throughout my tenure with the company I played a key role in developing our operations and underwriting policy and practices. In late 2017 I left my role as Operations Director to open a new sales branch in the Short North of Columbus, Oh. Since then we've developed the Wharton Lending Team with a focus on investor transactions covering acquisition to cash out to delayed financing.
