//UPDATED August 2024 I am a Christ-follower, husband, father, private wealth manager, and investor. I primarily invest [time / expertise / capital] in people: their real estate projects, businesses, ideas, and personal growth. And while sometimes the return on my investment is financial, other times it is so much more than that. I have personally trained several novice real estate investors, and have had the joy of watching their skill and businesses outgrow the need for me as a mentor, and seeing them go on to accomplish more than they thought they could. I specialize in the Inland Northwest - Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, Eastern Washington, and North Idaho (though I have had students and mentees from all over the world). //Since 2013 I have done about 150 deals: • flipped SFH's / MFR's / contracts • pre-habbed / rehabbed • divided land • moved houses • wholesaled / whole-tailed • worked with partners • managed my own rentals • worked with property managers • held single-family and multi-family rentals • sold SFR's on lease-option • both borrowed and lent millions in private money • ...chased many shiny objects and learned from many mistakes! //Current Real Estate Goals: My initial real estate goals were related to owning a number of doors. As I've grown in experience and knowledge, my goals have shifted to having approximately half of my passive income from rentals, and half from Private Notes. My primary focus at this time is short-term hard-money lending, primarily in the Inland Northwest.
