I acquire properties in all conditions from motivated sellers through targeted direct mail campaigns. I then improve said properties through rehab before either selling them, or keeping them as rentals. I acquired my first 8 Buy & Hold units prior to my graduation in 2017, and as of late I have shifted my focus to flipping. I have flipped 10 houses in the past 12 months.
