Charles Bernhagen

I am an architect/engineer/agent/investor that has been in the design/construction/real estate industry for over 15 years. We have been wholesaling, Fix & Flipping, holding real estate. My firm CEB Investments provides a full range of services, (wholesaling, private money, construction management, real estate sales). I provide Coaching/Mentoring and whatever the investor requires to grow their business. Experience: I have been investing in real estate for about many years. We buy single family homes, rehab them and rent both long term and on Air BnB. I have been Program Manager providing design/construction services for many large and small Projects. I have led Projects at Lambeau Field and US Bank stadium. Real Estate Goals: We continue to buy and hold real estate and to Coach/Mentor those that want to create real wealth thru real estate. I teach the systems necessary to run a real estate investing business. I use and teach the Brrr system. Currently Seeking: I am always looking for distressed homes for wholesaling and rehabbing. Location is not important ... having a deal that makes sense does.
