I’m a demographic and GIS analyst based in the Chicago area who helps real estate investors with property due diligence and STR compliance research nationwide. I research zoning, jurisdiction, vacation-rental regulations, permitting, parcel records, deeds, restrictive covenants, and other issues that can affect whether a property actually works for the intended use. My goal is simple: help investors understand regulatory and property-specific risks before they become expensive problems.
