Chuck Stagliano

I am a retired airline pilot and now an investor in vacant land, primarily in Texas and Tennessee, but will also look at other states. While I was flying, I also worked as real estate broker and project sales manager. Additionally, I have invested in real estate. I live in San Francisco CA but do business in other states because those markets are more appealing for my business model. I am connected with a large group of other land investors, and we frequently refer deals to each other. My basic model is wholesaling with cash.
