My first venture into real estate was sparked from the book Rich Dad Poor Dad. After reading it, I went on amazon and bought 4 used real estate investing books. I haven't looked back since. I grew up in Webster, New York in a house overlooking the Irondequoit Bay. I enjoy water sports, including water skiing, knee boarding, boating, jet skiing, and camp fires. I like to stay as warm as I can in the winter time by focusing mostly on real estate investing. I currently own and manage 6 units in the City of Rochester. My strategy is to buy distressed foreclosure properties, rehabilitate them, rent them out, and cash-out refinance through a local bank.
